If you missed our latest breakfast event, then you missed out on more than just a croissant (…or two!)
Held in the versatile and leafy Use.Space café, guests were given the opportunity to network over coffee and pastries before taking their seats in the unique self-contained event space.
Our host, Paul Casey, opened by walking the audience of start-ups and small businesses through the tips ‘n’ tricks of successfully implementing an effective paid social campaign – pausing only when our favourite furry Use.Space resident, Disco the Dog, made an accidental guest appearance!
After absorbing the initial theory, our panel of digital specialists Dom, Luke & Rob were on hand to give their perspective and personal paid-social anecdotes (Rob suddenly noticed engagement rings featuring heavily in his feed after explaining the paid-social process to his girlfriend!)
An animated Q&A session followed, with Paul emphasising his key takeaway points for a successful paid social strategy:
1. Select the right social platform for your audience – you don’t have to use all of the channels, just those most relevant!
2. Drive your customers through a conversion funnel in order to target them throughout their journey and to increase engagement.
3. Make sure you utilise your data and analytics in the ad platform you’re working with to ensure you’re gaining the right return for your brand.
