Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy.

Use and all of its entities are committed to supporting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

We recognise Equality, Diversity and Inclusion under the following definitions –

Equality is about providing everybody with equal opportunity and not treating them differently or discriminating against them because of their characteristics.

Diversity is about taking account of the differences between people, and groups of people, and placing a positive value on those differences. Use recognise these protected characteristics to include gender, ethnicity, age and sexuality, social background, disability and neurodiversity, such as autism and dyslexia.

Inclusion refers to an individual’s experience within the workplace and wider society, and the extent to which they feel valued and included.
