Celebrated chef Arti Chudasama brought her incredible Gujarati Street Food experience to Use.Space, preparing her fabulous dishes in our restaurant standard kitchen.
Our members enjoyed chickpea and potato curry and coconut dahl, served with Jeera Rice, fresh kachumber salad – cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, lime juice & coriander. Just two of the recipes from Arti’s book ‘The Plant-Based Kitchen’.
