Using the mobile app
Download the "Aditya Birla Life" app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Open the app, tap "Sign In", and provide the same credentials used for the web portal. The app supports biometric authentication (fingerprint or face ID) after the first successful login, allowing quick access without re‑entering passwords.
Password and user‑ID recovery
If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your registered email or mobile number; an OTP will be sent for verification. After confirming the OTP, you can set a new password that meets the policy's complexity rules (minimum 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one digit and one special character). For a forgotten user‑ID, use the "Forgot User ID?" option and follow the same OTP verification process.
Common login issues and solutions
• Invalid credentials – Double‑check the spelling of your email/mobile number and password. Remember that passwords are case‑sensitive.
• Account locked – After several failed attempts, the system locks the account for security. Use the "Unlock Account" link, verify via OTP, and reset the password.
• Browser compatibility – The portal works best with updated versions of Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Clear cache and cookies if pages fail to load.
• Network restrictions – Some corporate networks block the portal's security certificates. Switch to a private network or use mobile data.
Features available after login
Once inside, you can view policy documents, download premium receipts, update contact information, submit claims, and track claim status. The "My Investments" tab shows the latest NAV, maturity projections and surrender values for ULIP and endowment plans.
