Mobile App Retrieval
Open the Allstate mobile app on iOS or Android, sign in, and tap the "Insurance ID" icon on the home screen. The app displays the PA auto insurance card instantly; use the share button to email it or the download button to store it on your device.
Printing the Card
If a physical copy is required, print the PDF from the website or the image from the app on standard 8.5" × 11" paper. Ensure the printout includes the policy number, effective dates, and vehicle details, as insurers and law‑enforcement may request a legible copy.
What to Verify on the Card
Check that the following elements are correct: policyholder name, Pennsylvania driver's license number, vehicle identification number (VIN), coverage limits, effective and expiration dates, and the Allstate logo with the "Proof of Insurance" label. Any discrepancy should be reported to Allstate customer service promptly.
Updating or Replacing a Card
When you change vehicles, move to a new address, or adjust coverage, the ID card updates automatically in the portal and app. Refresh the page or app after the change, then download the new version. For a mailed replacement, call Allstate's support line and request a paper copy.
